It's all about people

As our country has been struggling economically, everything comes down to becoming more and more simple in the way we do things. I was reading Ecclesiastes and after all of Solomons pondering the meaning of life, he comes down to one simple rule. To fear God and to follow his commandments. In the book of Matthew chapter 6, Jesus tells us one simple rule to follow as opposed to worrying about all the cares of life. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. I believe that what He was saying is that the Kingdom of God is all about people and that we should be looking for ways to affect the lives of people in a way that would give glory to God. In return, He will take care of us.

Our way of giving to people this Thanksgiving and Christmas season is by offering a
Community Appreciation Month. I hope we can reach out and help as many people as possible.
