The 90 Day Rule

Our culture demands a quick fix.  They want there hamburgers fast.  They want everything that has a drive-through.  Everything is at the palm of our hands with people texting on the go and the web on there i phone.  Gone are the days of the written letter or even the phone call to say hi.  The same goes with health and healing.
As a doctor who is interested in the care of his patients,  I always follow natural laws to get the best results.  One of those laws is the 90 Day Law.  What the 90 Day Law in essence says is that it takes roughly 90 days for anything to properly heal in the body.  This applies to broken bones, sprained ligaments, muscle injuries, joint injuries, etc..  Of course this all depends on the severity of the injury, but on average it is 90 days.  I have experienced patients who have had spinal decay that has been progressing for over 10 years.  Many of these patients expect a quick fix with one or two adjustments.  Let me make a BIG distinction between the pain and the problem.  The problem has usually been around long before the pain ever arrived.  If they want true health, they are going to have to address the problem which requires time.  I didn't make up this law.  It's just like 9 months for a pregnancy.  Why 9 months?  I don't know!  That's just the way God created us.  Until next time, keep smiling and tell others to do the same.
